Planning Your Group Visit:
Please note that all group reservations should be made at least two weeks prior to your visit date in order to ensure the most productive and enjoyable visit possible.

Please have the following information ready when you call: 

• Name of school or organization
• Address
• Phone number
• E-mail address
• Date of visit
• Arrival and Departure times
• Number in your party
• Number of chaperones (if school or youth)
• Grade level (if school or youth)
• Special needs
• Lunch plans, dining or catering needs
• Areas you would like to visit at the Washington Pavilion
• Extra activities
• How did you find out about our facility and group services?

Chaperones

Chaperones are responsible for the behavior of the school or youth group and are required to supervise and stay with students at all times during their visit.

Preschool: 1 adult per 5 students
Elementary, Middle and High School: 1 adult for every 10 students
Special needs groups: adult to student ratio as needed by group

PLEASE NOTE: Any additional chaperones above the required number with prior reservations will pay the adult group rate.
