Join us for Design Challenge 2010!
This year we are featuring an opportunity for students to work together to create a solution to the “Marbelous” question of conveyance physics.
6th-12th grade students will be assigned to move a marble from 12 inches off the floor to a point that is 12 ¾ inches off of the floor inside a 16 square inch unit. K-5th grade students will be asked to take a marble from a hole 3 inches from the bottom to a hole 2 ¾ inches from the bottom using at least 3 simple machines during the process.
